The successfully held meeting helped the current associates to deepen the knowledge of each other's business, as well as define the mission and values of the association, develop a common roadmap strategy, and finally draw up the action plan for 2005.

With the assistance of a facilitating firm, we were able to conclude on further topics as such as those that define our competitive advantage:

In a drive to obtain greater efficiencies within the association, it was also agreed to create different committees to cover the strategic and action plan.

On Wednesday afternoon, as a conclusion of the Madrid meetings, Auxadi organized for their clients and business partners a very enjoyable cocktail to celebrate its 25 th anniversary.

We spent the last day of this event in Portugal , visiting Auxadi's office in Lisbon , summarizing the work accomplished and preparing the next meeting, in Sao Paulo .
