Our offices are located in the city of Munich. Michael Leinauer

Michael Leinauer, co-founder and managing partner with over 20 years professional experience, member of the German Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer (IdW), graduated from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with a degree in Economics. Afterwards Michael Leinauer qualified as tax consultant and certified public accountant. For seven years Michael worked for KPMG in the tax and audit department. Subsequently, Michael Leinauer worked as branch manager of a medium-size auditing firm in Augsburg. In 1995, he founded, together with Michael Müller, the audit & tax firm Leinauer & Müller, which in 2001 was restructured to LM AUDIT & TAX GmbH and LM LEINAUER MÜLLER LUDWIG

Michael Müller, cofounder and managing partner, with about 25 years professional experience, graduated from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with a degree in Business Administration. Michael Müller qualified as tax consultant while being employed with Siemens AG. Before he co-founded Leinauer & Müller in 1995 he took responsibility in preparing consolidated financial statements and carrying out international audits for Siemens AG and Siemens-Nixdorf AG.

Michael Siebel, born 1969 in Leverkusen/Germany, graduated from Friedrich-Alexander University in Nüremberg/Germany with a degree in Business Administration. Michael Siebel obtained a Masters Degree in Economics from Wayne State University, Detroit (U.S.A.). From 1996-2000, Michel worked for a medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm in Munich, initially as assistant and then as a tax consultant. Michel joined the LM AUDIT & TAX GmbH in 2000. In April 2004, Michel qualified a Wistschaftsprüfer (German Certified Public Accountant). Since April 2007 Michel has been a managing partner at LM LEINAUER MÜLLER LUDWING & PARTNER and LM AUDIT & TAX GmbH
