TASL PSF S.A. was incorporated in 2003 to provide services of tax structuring, company formation, management and domiciliation, accounting, tax compliance and substance.
In June 2008, TASL PSF was recognized as a Professional Services Firm of the Financial Sector and thus fell under the supervision of the Luxembourg Supervisory Board of the Financial Sector (“CSSF”: Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).
TASL PSF S.A. has also been recognized as an Administrative Agent for the Financial Sector and a Transfer Agent. This further license enables TASL PSF S.A. to provide a full range of services to the fund industry, primarily to Specialized Investment Funds (“SIF”) and SICAR.
TASL PSF S.A. has been offering tailor made solutions for a very particular segment of its customers for a number of years, especially in providing and implementing investment solutions when investing in international real estate funds, finance mezzanine structures, Sharia compliant undertakings, private equity deals, etc.
Today, TASL PSF S.A. comprises a multidisciplinary and strong team of professionals: client relationship managers specialized in taxation and company management, accountants and senior accountants, legal officers… all dedicated to providing our clients with high quality services. Our team is French, English, German, Dutch, Portuguese and Italian speaking. We are located in the centre of Luxembourg.
