Latinoamericana de Gerencia S. Civil de R. L. and SANZ & AC S. Civil de R. L. were founded in Lima, Peru, for the purpose of providing qualified, specific, personalized consulting and advisory services to public and private companies and institutions. The company's name expresses the interest its founders have in operating in a more extensive area than the domestic market, with emphasis on Latin American countries.

The company was founded at a time when profound changes were taking place in the world and in Peru. The country was returning to economic stability, recuperating social peace and opening its economy following twenty years of instability and internal warfare, while the world was experiencing the effects of advances in information technology. Such changes spur the development of worldwide economic activities by important economic agents, which demand the preparation of universally available information in order to evaluate the feasibility of new investments, while competition requires higher standards of efficiency in business management.

It is also a stage at which ethics and transparency in business management are given new emphasis in order to reduce transaction costs to society; and companies are under pressure concerning their social responsibility and protection of the environment.

In this context, Latinoamericana de Gerencia S. Civil de R. L. and SANZ & AC S. Civil de R. L. focus its efforts on attaining the satisfaction of its clients by providing services with the highest standards of quality, professional
