Alastair Law (ALaw@fitzgeraldandlaw.com) Alastair founded Fitzgerald and Law in 1992 soon after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Prior to this he held management and finance positions at Board level in a number of leisure based entrepreneurial businesses, gaining substantial experience, knowledge and expertise in the owner managed and SME market. Alastair now specialises in corporate finance work with an emphasis on strategic and exit planning and execution. He also has a wealth of experience of assisting multinational businesses establishing operations in Europe and the APAC regions, where he holds several Board appointments. He is past London Area Chairman of the UK 200 Group, the largest mutual association of established Chartered Accountant firms in the UK.

Gabriel Parrish (GParrish@fitzgeraldandlaw.com) Gabriel trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse, where he dealt with the taxation affairs of large companies and, in particular, UK subsidiaries of US companies. Gabriel joined Fitzgerald and Law in 1997. He is responsible for all aspects of taxation and specialises in advising on the tax and related issues which arise during the globalisation process.

Martin Ranson (Mranson@fitzgeraldandlaw.com) Partner, Financial Outsourcing Martin qualified with BDO Stoy Hayward where he dealt with the financial and accounting affairs of a variety of companies from owner managed SMEs to listed PLCs. He joined F&L in 1995, heading up the firm's Business Assurance team. Since 2000, Martin has been heavily involved in the development and growth of the F&L Financial Outsourcing division with responsibility for its substantial portfolio of EMEA subsidiaries of international parent companies.

Dominic Fiore (DFiore@fitzgeraldandlaw.com) Partner, Corporate Assurance and Advisory Dominic has been a partner in F&L since 2002, having joined as a manager in 1998. He heads up the Business Advisors division, working with clients from UK SMEs, Plcs and UK and European subsidiaries of overseas companies. Dominic entered the profession in 1988 and trained at a medium sized practice. He has significant experience of start-ups, corporate structures, management information and accounting systems.
